If you want something like a laptop but without some features then get a netbook. Here’s a decent one.

Craigslist is a great place to get cheap laptops. Just be honest that you’re short on money and are too young to get a McJob, and people will be willing to give you their old stuff.
Barring illegal methods i.e stolen property (*cough* Ebay *cough*) and violation of child labor laws? Try ye olde boyscouting, shovel driveways (assuming there’s snow … otherwise mow the lawn), wash cars, etc. I used to pet-sit a lot for my elderly neighbors (back in the day). 9/10 you get cash … occasionally it’s cookies instead, but i didn’t complain.
Mow lawns, Shovel snow, get a paper route, do odd jobs for neighbors, talk mommy or daddy into an allowance for chores. There are many ways to accomplish this. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.
Good cheap laptops can be found in many places. But the best are found here:

or try craigslist, choose your area and look under computers to find some used computers and prices. But before you buy one get your parents to check out the seeler and check out the computer. Hope this helps. goos luck to you. By the way, it shows alot of maturity that you are willing to not only work for it but also knowing that you will have to save and wait until you have the money to get it.
buy things or find things for cheap and sell them on ebay. That is what i did. I found a water cooler like in buissnes that was at a tent sale for $2 and sold it for about $200 but my freind and i wasted the money on crap and moved on i should not have gone into buisness with him.
Back in the day I used to caddie for golfers. The average pay was $20.00 per round. Then they went to golf carts so that business went to the pedal. Why don’t you try something like being a greens keeper at the golf course. The pay isn’t all that great but at least you are learning a trade. How about a carpenters assistant. There’s alot of work doing small jobs after the carpenter finishes the days work.
