Does anyone know any good websites to get a cheap laptop?

I know I can use ebay but does anyone else know any good websites to get a cheap laptop. One laptop that seems to be a viable option for me is the dell latitude d420 and I am trying to find a good definite source under 0. Any answers or suggestions help. Thanks.
